In the unlikely event that the weather does not allow Island Thrill Seekers to safely run this trip, you will be notified that it is cancelled, and issued a 100% refund.
If you cancel:
72 hours in advance – 100% refund
48 to 71 hours in advance – 50% refund
48 hours or less – no refund and no credit
No shows – no refund and no credit
Any expense relating with date changes, such as flight amendments/cancellations, accomodations etc. is the sole responsibility of you and not Island Thrill Seekers.
If there was a medical emergency with supporting documents where you need to reschedule or cancel, please cancel so that we can assist as best as we can.
